D. students. Dr. Debnarayan Jana, M. Sc (Calcutta) Ph. D (Raman Research Institute, Bengaluru/degree from JNU, New Delhi) is a Professor of Physics in University of Calcutta since 2012. His current research is focused on defect studies in Annealed and Nano-annealed, ion-irradiated ZnO material.
