This book “Fundamentals of Analog Electronics: Theory, Problems and Solutions” is an outgrowth of the lectures I have delivered over several years and my interactions with and the feedback I have received from undergraduate students of physics honours pursuing courses in electronics. As today we are living in the information age – which is a knowledge-based revolution – characterized by phenomenal advances in information technology and he internet, there is an ever greater need to have a basic understanding of electronics which has a significant bearing on information technology.
